About Jade Monet:

Raised in the coastal town of Halfmoon Bay, British Columbia, Canada - Jade Monet is a captivating singer, songwriter, and recording artist - whose strong voice & emotional depth are often compared to vocal powerhouses such as Adele, Raye, & Amy Winehouse. From the tender age of two, Jade's life has been intertwined with singing, inspired in her early years by classics from Etta James, Sam Cooke, Nina Simone, and Billie Holiday.

Exploring newer, more contemporary sounds - her 2019 EP, Awake & Dreaming, led to performances at Canadian Music Week (Toronto), A3C Festival (Atlanta), Westward Festival (Vancouver) & The Hotel Cafe (LA). After a period of reflection during the pandemic, Jade returned to her core influences with In the Shade of the Willow - a heartfelt fusion of Soul, Pop, and R&B - while her forthcoming project, Night Bloom, explores the raw life experiences that allowed her to blossom into the woman she is today.

Arrangement of the Session:

About The Shelf Concert:

Inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert, we bring raw, stripped-down performances to Vancouver — but with our own after-hours twist. On Wednesday nights, Hestia closes its doors to the public and transforms into a private listening room for just 60 guests. No blasting speakers, no artificial mixing — just pure, direct sound. Artists self-mix in the moment, adjusting to the space and the energy of the room. And since each concert is recorded live, the audience isn’t just watching — they’re part of the final cut. Every cheer, clap, and moment of silence is captured by the microphones forever.

Your ticket includes:

✔️ Exclusive access to the session — An intimate, after-hours concert in the closed restaurant space at Hestia.

✔️ A late-night buffet — Curated by HESTIA to make the night feel even more special.

✔️ A role in the recording – Your energy, your reactions, your moment.

How It Works

  • The concert is structured into three short sets (three songs each), with two 5-minute breaks in between.

  • Natural emotional reactions (clapping, cheering, vibing, etc.) are encouraged!

  • During performances, we ask for minimal disruptive noise — think of it like being in a live recording session. Because it is!

  • Breaks are off the record — the perfect time to chat, enjoy the buffet, or grab another drink.

  • Some artists may extend their set or play an encore if the vibe feels right — show your love and you might just get more!

Limited to 60 spots. Every session is unique and will not appear again.
