About the event

About Molly Annelle:

Molly Annelle is a singer-songwriter and one of the true OGs of Vancouver’s indie music scene. From selling out headline shows at iconic venues like The Fox Cabaret, Guilt & Co, and The Heatley, to signing with 604 Records as a teenager and releasing two full-length albums, Molly has grown up in front of a city that’s watched her evolve.

Her music blends indie pop foundations with splashes of country, soul, and R&B. Grounded in nature, reflection, and emotional clarity, her songwriting carries a West Coast warmth with a Nashville edge. The result is intimate but confident — melodies that feel comforting, lyrics that feel lived-in.

Now releasing music under a distribution deal with Nettwerk Records and splitting her time between Vancouver and Nashville, Molly continues to refine her sound while building a devoted following across streaming platforms and social media. Her Shelf session brings that journey into a room built for listening — close, present, and unfiltered.

Arrangement of the Session:

About The Shelf Concert:

Inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert, we bring raw, stripped-down performances to Vancouver — but with our own after-hours twist. On Wednesday nights, Hestia closes its doors to the public and transforms into a private listening room for just 60 guests. No blasting speakers, no artificial mixing — just pure, direct sound. Artists self-mix in the moment, adjusting to the space and the energy of the room. And since each concert is recorded live, the audience isn’t just watching — they’re part of the final cut. Every cheer, clap, and moment of silence is captured by the microphones forever.

Your ticket includes:

✔️ Exclusive access to the session — An intimate, after-hours concert in the closed restaurant space at Hestia.

✔️ A late-night buffet — Curated by HESTIA to make the night feel even more special.

✔️ A role in the recording – Your energy, your reactions, your moment.

How It Works

  • The concert is structured into three short sets (three songs each), with two 5-minute breaks in between.

  • Natural emotional reactions (clapping, cheering, vibing, etc.) are encouraged!

  • During performances, we ask for minimal disruptive noise — think of it like being in a live recording session. Because it is!

  • Breaks are off the record — the perfect time to chat, enjoy the buffet, or grab another drink.

  • Some artists may extend their set or play an encore if the vibe feels right — show your love and you might just get more!

Limited to 60 spots. Every session is unique and will not appear again.
